Vintage Italian ceramic hand-panted flower plates - They date to the 1950s / 1960s. Hand painted in Italy – plate shape / pattern is 1400. Lovely sheen from the glaze. Each plate measures approximately 8" X 5.5". Overall in excellent vintage condition. The plate with the yellow tulips has a tiny visible area of missing glaze (from production, not a chip) on the upper left edge – see photo. The underside of the plate tips have small nicks or missing glaze, but these areas cannot be seen when the plate is flat (see last photo). Tea set - Tea pot has a notched lid to keep it in place (~9" wide). 5 tea "cups". Platter/tray (11" wide). Glaze is glossy and accentuates the stylized floral and leaves pattern - very organic. Made in Thailand.
